ASTM A213 T11 Seamless Alloy Steel Low Fin Tubes For Thermal Power Plants
ASTM A213 T11 is a seamless ferritic alloy boiler, superheater, and heat exchanger tube with a nominal composition of 1.25Cr-0.5Mo alloy steel. It is the standard base material for integrally extruded/hot-rolled low-finned tubes, with fins integrally formed from the outer wall of the T11 seamless tube. Its performance is superior to carbon steel materials A179 and A192.
Advantages:
T11 alloy tubes maintain high creep rupture strength under continuous operating conditions up to 540℃, and exhibits excellent resistance to oxidation from flue gas and process exhaust gases, as well as mild sulfidation corrosion. It also demonstrates stable thermal fatigue resistance under frequent thermal cycling conditions, possesses excellent plasticity, and is suitable for finned rolling.
